Monthly Meetings
We have informal meetings at the pavilion on the first Thursday of every month at 7.30pm.
Public Running Days
Members will run in Lightburn Park on Saturday afternoons from Easter to September, weather and portable track commitments permitting
Open Days
10:30am to 4:30pm
We invite clubs and societies from further afield to visit us, and the following dates in 2012 have been reserved. Please remember to bring your boiler test certificate if you are bringing a steam locomotive.

Easter "Bunny Hunt"
- Saturday April 7th, Monday April 9th, Lightburn Park 2:00pm to 4:30pm
Portable Track
In addition to normal running in the park we have regular portable track events for galas and festivals. The following dates are firm bookings:-
- Saturday April 21st, St. Georges Day, Ulverston Town Centre.
- Saturday June 2nd, Dalton, Queens Diamond Jubilee.
- Saturday June 9th, Grange Edwardian Festival, Park Road Gardens.
- Saturday June 23rd, Millom Carnival.
- Saturday September 1st, Sunday September 2nd, Millom Model Railway Exhibition.
- November 24th, November 25th, Ulverston Dickensian Festival.
Thursday December 6th
Annual General Meeting (AGM), 7:30pm, Pavilion, Lightburn Park.
